Warehouse Storage Policy:

• Free storage for 45 days from the arrival of your first parcel.
• Exceeding storage duration will incur an additional fee of PHP 50.00/day.
• Your storage duration starts from the first parcel received at our warehouse (check the first photo update in your group chat).

Package Handling & Transparency:

• We take photos of your tracking number and items before packing.
• For Hyeri Services orders, we provide photo updates—if there’s no update, your item has not arrived yet.
• Constant updates on parcels and item arrivals
• Regular sending of photos and tracking number for your parcels and items
• Unclaimed parcels without a codename will be recorded in a handler-accessible sheet for easy claiming
